A house with a roof garden therefore has outdoor space in three places: the covered veranda, the plot with its garden and pool, and the open level above the first floor. A Type B house has the first two. Because the figures above are project-wide ranges, the exact veranda and roof garden area of a particular house is confirmed on its own unit sheet.

The range runs from 276 m², drawn on the general layout for a mirrored Type A2 house, to 317 m² for a mirrored Type A1 house, and several plots sit between 282 and 286 m².
