Studios are part of the building mix, but the current price list does not give their areas. Floor plans for every layout, including the studios, are available from our team. The two-bedroom layout with two bathrooms works for a couple with regular guests or for a small family; the one-bedroom layout fits a single owner or a couple who wants a compact holiday base.

The roof of the building is laid out as a shared terrace with a communal swimming pool. Sea views are confirmed from this rooftop terrace; we do not claim them for individual apartments.
