Thalassa Residences 2: New Apartments for Sale in Central Limassol, Cyprus

Thalassa Residences 2 is a boutique apartment building in the centre of Limassol, Cyprus, with 29 studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments for sale. Sales opened in autumn 2026, and no completion date has been published yet. The plot lies about 150 metres from the sea and 70 metres from Agiou Andreou Street, the long shopping street of the old town, so the seafront and the commercial centre are both a short walk away.

The ground floor holds the entrance lobby, storage rooms, a retail unit and the car park, with both covered and open spaces, and the three residential floors sit above it. The building carries an A energy-performance rating. It stands directly beside the first Thalassa Residences building, a block of 27 apartments that has been completed, handed over to its owners and sold out.
