Qube Offices is a small office development under construction in Agios Theodoros, in the Paphos district of Cyprus. The project comprises three individually titled office units, delivered as shell-and-core, white-box space: the structure is complete, but the interior is left entirely undesigned for the buyer to plan.

A white-box office arrives with the structural envelope finished — external walls, floor slab, ceiling height and the building's core services brought to the unit — but no internal partitions, flooring finish, lighting layout or fixed furniture installed.
