Twelve three-bedroom villas stand in Pernera, a resort district of Protaras in the Famagusta district of Cyprus. The Pernera P beach, listed by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation as a Blue Flag beach, lies about a kilometre away in a straight line. Shops, restaurants and a hospital are a few minutes away by car.
Every house has its own swimming pool with a pool shower, a roof garden, a private garden, a barbecue and a covered car port on the plot. Inside are an en-suite bathroom, a guest WC and a fully fitted kitchen. The houses are handed over unfurnished. The architecture is minimalist, with natural elements and a link between the living rooms and the outdoor areas. The developer offers the villas for permanent living or for holiday use.
The villas are under construction. The walls carry external thermal insulation, the windows are double-glazed aluminium, and a solar water heater with two panels and a 1000 litre tank supplies hot water.
