LimassolZakaki
Zakaki is a quarter of Limassol municipality on the western edge of the city, three to six kilometres from the old town. A village until it joined the municipality in 1972, it had 5,874 residents in 2011. About half of the new port lies within its coastal strip, and the whole quarter is within about 2.5 km of the port. Franklin Roosevelt Avenue crosses Zakaki and runs east past the port to the old town; the My Mall shopping centre is on this avenue, and the City of Dreams Mediterranean resort opened in the quarter in 2023. Schools include a public primary school and Zakaki Gymnasium. South of the port, in the British Sovereign Base Area, Lady's Mile beach runs along the Akrotiri peninsula beside the Zakaki marsh; the Akrotiri salt lake lies a few kilometres south-west.

Penthouses with Private Roof Gardens of 53 to 100 m²
The fifth floor holds the penthouses. They follow the same two floor plans as the apartments below: 56 to 57 m² with one bedroom, or 80 m² with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
