Pissouri Forest Park is a residential complex on the highest part of Pissouri village in the Limassol district of Cyprus. The village lies on the south coast roughly halfway between Limassol and Paphos, just off the main road that connects the two cities. Although it sits close to the Paphos district boundary, Pissouri is administratively a Limassol community. The developer gives the location as Didimi, Pano Pissouri, the upper part of the village on the road out towards the hills.

The complex occupies a site with a total plot area of 24,000 m². It consists of two-storey villas and single-level bungalows, each on a private plot with its own swimming pool, patio and garden. The houses combine two building traditions: the facades are partly finished in natural stone, the material used for many older houses in the village, while the interiors follow open-plan layouts with contemporary fittings.

Every home has its own pool and outdoor space. Owners use their own plot for sunbathing, outdoor dining and barbecues, and the adjacent park provides the larger green space for walks and children's play.

The villas and bungalows currently offered fall into five layout types. In every type, the living room, dining area and kitchen share one open-plan space that opens onto the outdoor patio and the pool. The two-bedroom villas are the most compact homes in the current selection and are listed with 1.5 bathrooms. The three-bedroom villas come with 2.5 or 3 bathrooms, depending on the plan. The four-bedroom villa, at 231 m², has the largest interior of the current selection and 3.5 bathrooms. Among the bungalows, the three-bedroom type measures 129 m², while the four-bedroom type measures 202 m² with 3.5 bathrooms and stands on an 810 m² plot.

A Private Pool, Patio and Garden with Every Villa and Bungalow

Each villa and bungalow has its own swimming pool, surrounded by a paved patio and a landscaped garden. The developer also describes a dedicated relaxation area on each plot, which in practice means room for loungers, an outdoor dining table and shade. With the pool placed directly off the living space, the ground floor and the garden work as one area for most of the year.

The villas are arranged over two floors, which separates the bedrooms from the daytime living space. The bungalows keep all rooms on a single level, a layout that suits buyers who prefer to avoid stairs, families with small children and owners planning for later years. The partial stone cladding on the facades links the houses visually to the older parts of Pissouri, where many buildings are made of local stone.

Next to the 7.5-Hectare Pissouri Century Park

The complex borders Pissouri Century Park, a 7.5-hectare park set in Mediterranean coastal pine forest. According to the developer, the park is run as an environmental centre with an educational focus. Display stations show traditional village crafts, and an information board maps the plants and animals of Cyprus.

For families, the park has children's playgrounds, a small lake with shaded seating under the trees and designated barbecue spots. Dogs are welcome, and there are facilities for dog owners. For residents of the complex, the park serves as a large green area right next to home, used for morning exercise, walks with children and weekend picnics.

Pissouri Village, 250 m Above Pissouri Bay

Pissouri village sits on a hill about 250 m above sea level, with views down to the coastline. Many of its houses are built of natural stone, and the centre has kept the layout of a traditional Cypriot village. Around the village square there are government offices, banks, small shops, restaurants and bars, and the square is a popular meeting place for residents and visitors.

Wine-making and grape growing have long been the main farming activities in Pissouri, and vineyards surround the village. Below the village, Pissouri Bay has a Blue Flag beach that is sheltered from the wind by the shape of the bay. A five-star resort hotel on the bay offers water sports and a fitness club.

The developer lists an elementary school about 1.4 km from the complex and a supermarket about 1.8 km away, so everyday errands and the school run stay within the village.
