The developer describes its architecture as modern and contemporary and offers several layouts, from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom apartments.
The map pin, taken from the developer's own marker, places the building inside Mesa Geitonia. The district begins about 2 km north of Limassol's historic centre and the old harbour, and it is mainly residential: apartment blocks and family houses along a grid of local streets, with shops, cafés and services concentrated on the main avenues.
