Four apartments are for sale in a small building in Germasogeia, the coastal tourist district on the eastern side of Limassol, Cyprus. Two homes sit on each of the two floors, and the building is under construction.

The one-bedroom apartments measure 62 m² and sit one above the other, on the first and the second floor. The two-bedroom apartments are larger: 102 m² on the first floor and 97 m² on the second. Each of the four comes with a covered parking space and a storage room of its own. All sizes are the developer's total area per unit; no separate veranda figure has been published, so we request the internal floor plans for every buyer.

Germasogeia runs from the Limassol seafront up into the hills behind it and holds most of the city's hotels, restaurants and beach clubs, together with Dasoudi Beach. A building of four apartments makes for a quiet address inside a busy district. It suits a couple, a second-home buyer who spends part of the year in Cyprus, and a family that wants two bedrooms within reach of the sea.
