ACHILLEAS is conceived as a small-scale residential address in a well-established part of Limassol, designed for those who prioritise space, calm surroundings, and a sense of order in everyday living. The project brings together a limited number of one- and two-bedroom homes, each arranged to provide clarity in layout and comfort in use, without relying on unnecessary decorative elements.

The design direction focuses on restraint and proportion. Interiors are organised to feel open yet defined, allowing natural light to shape the atmosphere throughout the day. Instead of visual complexity, the project relies on balance, material consistency, and thoughtful spatial planning to create a comfortable and lasting living environment. Privacy is integrated into the layout, giving each residence a more independent and quiet character.
