About this development
Two completed buildings in the Jumbo area of Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus, each with a ground floor, four residential floors and a roof level, holding 28 apartments between them. The scheme is key-ready. What is offered for sale now sits at the top: penthouses of three bedrooms, each with its own roof-top swimming pool.
Below them the plot is laid out around a communal overflow pool and a separate children's pool, with landscaped gardens, an entrance lobby, covered parking and a storage room per apartment. The buildings have lifts and are gated and monitored by CCTV, and property management services and events and conference facilities form part of the scheme. Apartments are specified with a smart home system, underfloor heating, provision for air conditioning, solar water heating, custom kitchens and wardrobes, granite worktops, travertine or porcelain flooring, Roca sanitary ware with Grohe mixers, and extruded-polystyrene thermal insulation.
A hyperstore stands about 150 m from the entrance and the beach is roughly 2 km away, so the weekly shop is done on foot and the coast is a short drive. Because the buildings are finished, the gardens, the pool and the common areas can all be inspected before buying, and the running costs are known figures. A three-bedroom home with a private pool on its own roof is a rare layout in a completed Limassol building.

LimassolAgios Athanasios
Agios Athanasios is a residential suburb on the north-eastern side of Limassol, between Mesa Geitonia and Germasogeia. It begins about three kilometres from the old town and extends north into the hills; only a narrow strip reaches the coast. An independent municipality from 1986, it has been a municipal district of the new Amathounta Municipality since July 2024. The A1 motorway crosses its southern part, with junctions at Agios Athanasios and Linopetra, and the district includes an industrial area of around 120 businesses. The suburb grew after 1974 around refugee housing estates and today mixes apartment buildings and detached houses. Schools include the Linopetra gymnasium and lyceum and Foley's School on Nikis Avenue, where a private cancer hospital also stands. The 2021 census counted 16,520 residents.
