About this development
Polemidia sits on the north-western edge of Limassol, a residential district that grew quickly after the mid-seventies and now forms its own municipality. The Limassol–Paphos motorway and Nikaias Avenue run through it, so the city centre and the road west are both within easy reach. Limassol General Hospital is located here, and the Polemidia dam lies just to the north.
This off-plan commercial building offers shops and offices. Each unit comes with two parking spaces, a practical advantage in a district where customers and staff arrive by car. The shops add a mezzanine level, and an elevator serves the building.
The setting suits businesses that depend on steady local trade: medical and professional services, or retail serving the families and hospital staff who live nearby. It is a sensible address for an owner-occupier or an investor looking for a working commercial space with good road links.

LimassolPolemidia
Polemidia lies on the north-western side of Limassol. Kato Polemidia, a municipality since 1986, now forms part of Polemidia Municipality together with Pano Polemidia. The name comes from the polemidkia, a medlar tree rarely found in Cyprus. Limassol General Hospital, the city's public hospital, is located here, and the Limassol–Paphos motorway and Nikaias Avenue cross the area. Housing grew quickly after 1974, when four refugee settlements were built. The Polemidia dam lies to the north. The area suits families and hospital staff who want fast road links.
