Park Residences: Apartments For Sale in Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus

Park Residences is a new apartment building for sale in Strovolos, one of the municipalities that make up greater Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus. The building stands in the Acropolis quarter, on a quiet cul-de-sac set back from through traffic, immediately beside Agios Dimitrios Park. It is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

A Twelve-Apartment Building Beside Agios Dimitrios Park

Twelve apartments make up the building across four floors — a small building by the standards of a capital city, with no ground-floor commercial units. The first and second floors hold two-bedroom apartments of 109 square metres built area each, with a 20 square metre veranda; the third and fourth floors hold three-bedroom apartments of 170 and 173 square metres respectively, the top floor carrying the largest verandas in the building at 45 square metres. All four of the first-floor two-bedroom apartments have already sold. Of the remaining tiers — the second floor's two-bedroom apartments, and the three-bedroom apartments on the third and fourth floors — each still has homes on the market.
