Thirty-six apartments for sale across two identical buildings in Germasogeia, on the eastern side of Limassol, Cyprus. Each building rises from a basement through a ground floor and five residential floors to a roof level and holds 18 homes, sharing a plot of 1,748 m². Construction has not started yet: the apartments are sold off plan, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.

Layouts run from one- and two-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses at roof level. Every home is fitted with a smart home system, underfloor heating, solar water heating, custom-made kitchens and wardrobes, granite worktops, travertine or porcelain floors, and Roca sanitary ware with Grohe mixers. Residents share an overflow swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a sundeck with a lounge area, a gym, a children's playground and landscaped gardens. The two buildings are served by 47 covered car spaces, individual storage rooms, CCTV and a video entry system.

Germasogeia is the residential belt behind Limassol's eastern beach strip. The sea is 2.5 km away and the motorway junction less than a kilometre, so the coast road and the city centre are both quick to reach from an address that is not on the tourist front itself. The gated layout, the shared pool and the children's facilities suit families buying for their own use, and the same features support the apartments in Limassol's long-term rental market.
