Twenty homes are for sale in a new building in the old town of Limassol, Cyprus, a few streets from Heroes Square. Eighteen of them are studios and two have a separate bedroom. The building is sold off-plan, completion is scheduled for Q4 2028, and it carries an A energy rating.

The studios measure 32 to 39 m² and are laid out as one open room with the kitchen along a side wall. The one-bedroom apartments measure 44.6 m² and keep the bedroom apart from the living area. Every home has a covered veranda of roughly 6 to 12 m². Eight units sit on the ground floor, one of them with its own yard, and each of the three floors above holds four studios. A courtyard sits inside the block.

The old town is the oldest part of Limassol and the part people cross on foot: the castle, the marina, the covered market and the bars around Saripolou Square are all a few minutes' walk away, while shops, restaurants and the seafront are each about a minute by car. Small studios in this part of the city are bought as a first home in Cyprus and as property to let. The one-bedroom apartments suit a couple, or a buyer who wants a separate room for guests or for work.
