Riviera Resort

על הפרויקט

Chloraka sits on the coastal edge of Paphos, close to the Tombs of the Kings and a short drive from the Mediterranean. Beaches, seaside restaurants and the city's main sights are all within easy reach, yet the setting stays residential and unhurried.

This is a development of two-bedroom villas, still off-plan, arranged over two floors. Each villa stands on its own plot with a private pool, a covered veranda and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue area. The shared specification is thorough: a photovoltaic system, top-tier energy efficiency, an electric gate, an electric car charger, alarm and CCTV, and an on-site reception area.

Inside, the architecture is contemporary and the layouts considered. Electric underfloor heating and concealed VRV cooling keep the rooms comfortable year-round, while a water filter and pressure system quietly handle the details. These villas suit a permanent home, a holiday retreat or an investment.
