A six-apartment building in the Columbia area of Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus, with two homes on each of its three residential floors. The building is under construction and due for completion in the first quarter of 2027. What remains for sale is the penthouse on the top floor.

It offers 132.9 m² of internal space and an uncovered terrace of 95 m². The building is served by a lift, and the apartments are specified with a smart home system, underfloor heating, provision for air conditioning, solar water heating, custom-designed Italian kitchens and wardrobes, granite worktops, porcelain flooring, Roca sanitary ware with Grohe mixers, decorative ceilings with concealed lighting, double-glazed windows and patio doors, and extruded-polystyrene thermal insulation. The plot is gated with CCTV, covered parking and a storage room for each apartment.

Columbia is a built-up residential pocket west of Limassol's centre, and the practical distances are short: roughly 180 m to a school, 300 m to a hypermarket and about a kilometre to the beach. Daily errands and the school run happen on foot, while the beach stays within a few minutes by car. Six apartments in total keeps the building quiet and the communal charges modest, and a top-floor home of this size is the kind of space families usually have to look for in a villa.
