Zaya Residences

ZAYA Residences is planned as an intimate residential setting within a quieter part of Paphos, where daily life unfolds at a slower, more comfortable pace while remaining connected to the city. The project includes only two-bedroom homes, each offering a generous amount of space and a layout shaped around practical use rather than decorative ideas.

The approach to design is deliberately restrained. Instead of relying on visual complexity, the interiors are organised to feel clear, balanced, and easy to live in.
